The course modules focus on administration and management, integrating modern management and leadership, performance management, and an in-depth understanding of the constitutional framework, political institutions, processes, and civil society in shaping governance and public policy. The course curriculum focuses on the functions and challenges of law enforcement systems, accountability mechanisms, community policing, public order, and national security.
