UGC Releases Regulations To Monitor Foreign University Campus Establishment And Operation In India

The regulations governing the creation and operation of foreign university campuses in India have been made public by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The UGC announced the new rules today on X (formerly Twitter) and published the regulation in a Gazetted Notification. Higher ranking international universities who want to establish campuses in India must abide by these rules.
