The deadline to apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, or CTET, was extended by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday. The new deadline is January 2024. The deadline for applicants to submit their forms on ctet.nic.in is November 27.
The original announcement from CBSE said that the application date was November 23. The exam is scheduled for January 21st, a Sunday. Twenty languages will be used for the test.
The examination fee is ₹1,000 for candidates in the general or OBC NCL categories who appear in just one paper. The cost is ₹1,200 if both papers are accepted.
