Tamil Nadu Rains: Several districts are on orange alert; schools in Chennai are closed as a result of the heavy rains.

The regional meteorological center in this area issued a warning of further showers over the next three days as heavy rainfall lashed numerous districts of Tamil Nadu on Friday. Students and office workers were taken off guard by the continuous rain.
