At Indian Institutes of Technology, the placement season for the 2022–2023 academic year has started. The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) recorded almost 480 full-time employment offers (including pre-placement offers) on the first day of placements. By the end of the first day of placements (December 1), the IIT Delhi students had secured about 450 unique selections.
Some students have received more than one job offer out of the 480 full-time job offers. The largest companies on campus on Day 1 with regard to the number of students recruited are Texas Instruments, Microsoft, and Goldman Sachs.
