On the first day of the 2023 placement session, students at the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur, received over 700 placement offers, including Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), according to the institute.
Students received over 19 international offers on the first day of the placement campaign, and several received more than Rs 1 crore CTC (cost to business) in compensation.
