During the 2023–24 placement session, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati got 712 offers in total up till December 6. Several professions, including core, software development, product, analyst, and finance, received offers. The largest offer ever made, both domestically and internationally, is Rs 1.20 crore and Rs 2.05 crore, respectively.
In a social media post, IIT Guwahati stated that 38% of the students were hired for positions in software development and products, while 38% were recruited for the university’s core industries. A total of 26% of the students at IIT Guwahati were presented with analyst and financial profiles.
